Andor Vince has 20 years of experience working in the heritage sector. He brings a wealth of leadership experience in leading project teams and teams in emergency response. He is committed to equipping leaders with the skills and mindset necessary to lead authentically, and to make a positive impact in their teams.

Andor holds a Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management (Institute of Leadership and Management, UK). He is currently studying towards a Diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology with the Positive Psychology Guild (UK). Andor has a specific interest in positive leadership, cultivating positive organisational cultures, and the application of the principles of positive psychology and authentic and positive leadership at workplace.
