Leading and Facilitating Tabletop Exercises in Emergency Response
Tabletop exercises are one of the most time- and cost-effective ways to assess the level of emergency preparedness within an organisation and its emergency response team. In this course, you will learn how to plan, deliver, and evaluate an emergency tabletop exercise in practice. The course will cover the following: 1. Planning a Tabletop Exercise. Defining the purpose and objectives of the exercise; preparing the exercise manual; developing realistic scenarios; and planning all logistical aspects. 2. Delivery.
