This course is designed for heritage professionals involved in collections care and conservation management, including heads of conservation, collection care, curatorial teams, senior curators, librarians, archivists, conservators, and staff in leadership or management roles seeking a more strategic and meaningful approach to collections care.

Andor Vince is a Collections Care Advisor and a Positive Psychology Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the heritage sector. He advises heritage organizations globally on preserving their collections through the development and implementation of effective strategies and planning.

In his work, Andor combines his understanding of industry challenges with a strategic focus on decision-making and prioritization in collections care, alongside team well-being, to promote a structured and balanced work environment.
He is passionate about empowering heritage professionals to adopt systematic and innovative collections care approaches.

All charges will be processed through a PayPal Business Account. Payments will be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), as the Heritage Collections Care Consortium is based in Auckland, NZ.
